Bootleggers Club Terms & Conditions
By joining the WhiskyWoods Bootleggers Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Age Requirement: All members must be 21 years of age or older at the time of enrollment.
- Individual Membership: Memberships are individual-based. The One-Person membership is valid for one named member; the Two-Person membership is valid for two named individuals.
- Complimentary Appetizer: Members receive one complimentary appetizer per visit with the purchase of a meal. This benefit cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
- Merchandise Discount: Members receive a 15% discount on all WhiskyWoods-branded merchandise. This discount applies to in-house purchases only and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Exclusive Events: Members receive exclusive invitations to members-only events, tastings, and gatherings. Events are invitation-only and non-transferable.
- Speakeasy Access: Members may make reservations for our private speakeasy, subject to availability. Reservations are required and subject to the speakeasy’s capacity and schedule.
- Preferential Dining: Members receive preferential seating and reservation priority during regular dining hours, subject to availability.
- Anniversary Cocktail: Members receive one complimentary craft cocktail on their anniversary of membership. Valid during the anniversary month only.
- Membership Duration: All memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of activation. Memberships are set to auto-renew annually unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
- Approval Required: All memberships are subject to approval by WhiskyWoods Steakhouse. Membership may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of WhiskyWoods Steakhouse for violation of these terms or conduct deemed inappropriate.
